Lemon, hazelnut, and citrus notes lead to candied ginger, chamomile, and lemon oil on the palate. This is on the brighter side of the four Chardonnays we have made from this site - in the best way. To date, this has all the makings to be our best wine bottled from Platt. Time will tell as there is plenty of ripping acidity to age upon and observe.
